BigMile includes the following users in its plans:

- Basic plan: 1 master user and 1 view-only user
- Premium plan: 1 master user and 3 view-only users
- Enterprise: multiple Master users and viewers per License.

Alternatively, Custom plans can be built to accomodate additional user profiles.

Online emissions calculators are sufficient for one-off emissions calculations but lack the granularity and insights needed when calculating emissions for multiple journeys or across your operations. 

BigMile provides shipment-level CO₂e emissions data using a calculation methodology aligned with ISO 14083:2023 and the GLEC Framework. This means you can provide accurate emissions data to customers and gain insights into emissions hotspots and opportunities to reduce your carbon footprint.

BigMile is designed for ease of use, so the onboarding process is fast and straightforward. Full training is provided from the outset and training materials are kept up to date to reflect the latest features and platform updates.

A record counts as every leg of a consignment. A consignment that has been transported by rail, ocean and road is considered to be three legs, therefore three records.

This refers to the limit of the storage capacity of your database within your BigMile account. Depending on your average number of shipments per year, we can help you decide which database size is ideal for you.

Our methodology and system have been verified by a third-party to meet the principles of ISO 14083:2023. BigMile is also accredited by Smart Freight Centre to be in accordance with the GLEC framework.

Yes, you can generate reports on a customer level and share those directly with them. If your customer happens to also be on the BigMile platform, you can even share consignment-level emissions via the data sharing functionality.

BigMile takes the protection of customer data seriously and takes suitable measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized amendment. The platform is fully GDPR compliant and holds ISAE 3000 Type II and SOC 2 certifications.

BigMile only shares data with third parties where necessary to deliver the service, and processing agreements are in place with any sub-processors to ensure the same standard of security and confidentiality applies.
