Product Manager (full-time)

What you’ll do

• Define and execute the product strategy and vision
• Own the full product lifecycle – from discovering user needs to launching solutions and learning from outcomes.
• Develop and manage product roadmap based on market and user research, industry trends, business goals, and data insights, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Collaborate across disciplines with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and our CEO.
• Make complex things simple. Break down messy problems into clear workflows, user stories, and features.
• Drive decisions – balance short-term wins and long-term value, knowing when to move fast and when to go deep.
• Ship impactful work – from scrappy experiments to production-ready features that scale.

About you

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy sharing your knowledge while learning from others. You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve our platform.

• 3+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS industry
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• You’ve owned products end-to-end and can clearly explain your product decisions and results.
• In-depth knowledge of product development processes, project management, and roadmapping.
• You're hands-on and comfortable switching between high-level strategy and detail-level refinement.
• You know how to move in ambiguous environments.
• Bonus points:
  • If you’ve worked in supply chain and logistics, or emissions/climate-related software
  • Experience in data-heavy products or platforms that deal with analytics, reporting, or calculations.
