BigMile Carbon Footprint
Monitor and certify your carbon footprint easily
According to the draft Dutch Climate Agreement, companies will need to reduce their carbon footprint by 49% by 2030, relative to the 1990 level. This represents a significant challenge for logistics organisations. From 2020 onwards companies will be required to present a certified extract of their carbon footprint every year. BigMile Carbon Footprint gives you an insight into your CO2 emissions – in a simple and cost-effective way.
We have been talking about the importance of cutting CO2 emissions since as far back as 1990. In practice, however, emissions have only increased further. Action is therefore required: waiting and seeing is no longer an option. The Climate Agreement enters into force from 2020, so taking concrete steps is essential.
Unique: insight into your actual data
Many of the methods employed to determine a carbon footprint use generic data. BigMile Carbon Footprint uses all the detailed data present within your company. Any missing data are completed using industry averages and combined using our own algorithms. That means BigMile Carbon Footprint is an easy way to gain an insight into your organisation’s actual emissions.
